I think they are doing it deliberately to piss us off now.
It's not necessarily a bad thing as we shouldn't have a midweek game (although not sure if semi's will chance this) and we can only be given 1 more 12.30 slot this year.
It's a joke that it's another away match though.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

League Cup semi finals are week commencing 8th and 22nd January.
We have the largest fan base in APAC - it’s just a money thing
I didn't realise until today that BT (TNT/ package 2) can only show maximum 6 games per team. Didn't realise until last week that our number of 12:30 games isn't that much higher than certain other teams.
How does this APAC excuse explain the disproportionate amount of games after Internationals and Wed games that we have? And why are we almost always away? The information above makes it even more staggering to me.

The front 3 is the problem area of the side at the moment, there is a lack of fluidity, movement and understanding as a unit and it feels like everyone aside from Salah is out of form or doesn't really know their role. I feel we need to decide who is playing and where, and hive them some games to try and develop an understanding.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I don’t think we’re going to sustain a title challenge unless something major changes & quickly.
We have one player we can rely on to score goals for us, and he’s going to be missing for a month. The other forwards are proving themselves to be unreliable and I fear for when Mo goes to AFCON.
We went from a trio of Mo, Mane and Bobby, who were all capable of scoring goals and putting up good numbers, to a quintet of forwards, only one of whom we can rely on for goals.
I don’t know what’s happened to Luis Diaz but he’s lost the ability to beat a man. He doesn’t even believe he can beat a man and doesn’t seem to try anymore.
I find it hard to have much faith in either him, Nunez or Gakpo. None of them are really making a meaningful contribution.
Diaz...god knows what having your parents kidnapped can do to your mind, even tho they are both back safe. I'd still be in mental turmoil now if it were me.
Gakpo...never used in the same position twice in a row. Needs a settled run in a set position before true judgement.

We've evolved. When we had that front line, the midfield never scored. Now we're scoring loads more from midfield, but fewer from the front three (bar Salah).
I think the kidnap may be catching up with Diaz. It was amazing how he kept playing (and playing pretty well) while it was happening, but I think it's taken a toll. Hopefully Jota will be back soon and we can give him a break.
Gakpo just seems a bit too nice at the moment. He's a classy player but he gets outmuscled too often, and it's less to do with physique, and more to do with attitude.
Nunez, God only knows. At the moment he looks like either a Haaland or a Cisse in development. We can't rely on him at all yet though, I agree.
