    Well, let's hope that the Fluminese chairman is a man of his word along with us being Andre's preference...I think Andre has already agreed personal terms with us so just the club but wouldn't be surprised if the whole package is done already with the club & player. They would be thankful to Liverpool for delaying transfer

      Yeah that’s my hope too. We didn’t try to push them & seemingly left on good terms so here’s hoping it goes straight through.

        Yeah, we seemed fairly keen, but backed off, hopefully we have something in place and we can bring him in as soon as the window opens

            Squawks stats for the day show we have one clean sheet in our last 10 PL games and only Burnley and Bournemouth have conceded more firs half goals this season. It’s clear where our main deficiencies are. Last season the back four was largely excused because the focus was on the midfield letting them down, now we have a new midfield and it’s still happening.

              There are only 5 teams who have conceded fewer goals than us so far.

              The team with the best defence has only conceded 3 less goals than us.

              We've also had more than our fair share of tricky away fixtures during this time - Chelsea, Spurs, Newcastle, Brighton and Wolves

                    Who's Mo? That sounds a bit far fetched. Were there issues at their ground last year?

                    City will always be a TV game, so does that mean we play them at 12.30 every time or is there something else on in Manchester that night?

                    Has to be a wind up, surely?

                        League was half 12. A girl got hit with coins at the league cup game so probably using that

                          If that was the case, once again feels like over excessive intervention from authorities when it comes to us, which we should be getting used to by now. Also never known BT and Sky to swap time slots before. They have changed to alternative times, but can't remember a direct swap, although could be wrong.

                          We already know we've played double the amount of 12.30 games than anyone else after Internationals, but regardless of if this is changed or not, I'd be curious to see other teams tallies if you removed fixtures against us. I'm certain we've played City and United in recent years, so are we actually inflating their figures?

                            becuase Fifa/Uefa can then invoke a 7 day ban on players playing, so the will not be eligible for the next domestic game.....
