It comes down to would it have gone into the goal without intervention from anyone, so if it hit the post and goes in it's a goal so was on target, if it hits the post and goes wide or back onto the pitch it wasn't on target

Exactly. If the ball hasn't crossed the goal line and it didn't require an opposition player to prevent it from doing so, then it can't have been on target.

Genuinely thought we were great against Forest. Controlled the game. Looked comfortable against a well organised team. I'm really impressed with how our midfield is gelling.

Did we have Steve Hunter on comms in Australia (Optus Sport)? Felt more like LFC TV than Optus Sport (it was all about Liverpool ). My favourite stat - when Jota scores, we apparently always win.

No Steve H was on LFCTV as usual ( with Neil Mellor ) & I can’t remember the guys name who was with Steven Warnock yesterday sorry. But yeah he wasn't bad.
