Would be a good sensible choice as has a good football philosophy similar to Klopp & plenty of experience with big players along with good personnel skills for developing/dealing with young players. He seems to be the ideal guy to take over from Klopp as would complement the work that Klopp leaves behind.
I still think Liverpool job is too early for Xabi as he should stay with Leverkusen for another couple of years to develop his skills & earn more experience in a relaxed environment.
If its Xabi - Cool - I can get on board.
I just think we may go left field on this, reading that summary, puts him in a good place I think.
DeZerbi might have shot his bolt- Potter maybe on the radar and then Xavi might come into the reckoning as well.

Thats like charming the ladies if you look like Jason Momoa.
Have to agree with all of this.
Flick's reputation is pretty much built on two years as manager of Bayern. He spent the best part of a decade and a half before that being an assistant manager.
Plus that two year spell at Bayern is the only time in his entire career that he managed a club in the top league of any country.
Now that two year spell as manager of Bayern was crazy successful but it is literally the only top flight experience he has of managing a top flight club from his almost 30 years in football management.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
