He would be my 3rd (realistic) choice, and I wouldn’t be overly disappointed. I like the cut of his jib. Would be worth a punt if others fall by the wayside.

I believe that the structure that's being put in place by the club is to help alleviate the pressure on whatever manager comes in.

We won't see a situation where a manager is as all powerful as Klopp again at the club for quite some time (if ever)

Going forward manager might be a misnomer. We'd be appointing a head coach

I think what we're aiming to achieve is a system whereby we can simply 'plug and play' managers.

I know a lot of others may disagree with you, but I would have him as a possible candidate. Not sure if he would be as high as third choice for me but like you I do think that he might have something about him as a manager.

Think a job like the Liverpool one might be a job too soon for him (oddly I do not think that regarding Alonso or Amorim) but who knows. Put the right team around him and he might thrive.
