Great first half. Macca is finally looking like the player we thought we had signed. Bradley is full of confidence. It's great to see. Love nunez but given time he struggles so a Penalty taker he ain't. Keep the foot to the peddle second half.
Yes. Salah slows it down a lot. A good option from the bench though [emoji16]

We're going to score 4 in the 2nd half

But IMO it should've been Mac Alistair taking it anyway.
It really should have been anyone else.
          Really?

Darwin had a great half until then. Stayed onside, made some great runs, went close with some good efforts. But he’s the last player you want when there’s time to think about what he’s going to do. Virgil should be handling that to sometime else.

As for the second half, I’m not sure they can keep 11 men on the pitch.

What a player we have in Bradley. Some stats he has since he's come into the team.

The finish was Gerrard like. In fact his build and way he hits the ball reminds of the early Gerrard when he first got into the team.

Maybe the decision on the penalty taker was all squared away before the game.

Agree. His movement and holdup play was more considered. He was timing his runs perfectly.

****ing hell. Stop hitting the post Darwin for **** sake.

VVD, Szoboszlai or Mac Allister should be the penalty takers in my opinion.

No, great player that he was, no way was he replicating that. He'd have ****ed his knee trying it.

I don’t think he ever missed one for Benfica - he scored loads of them

We are just playing well just now. If Salah was playing in this game it would be no different. Arguably we’d be 3 nil up.

                                You just don’t like Salah
