I was thinking the same, but didn’t want to jinx us, by mentioning the jinx. Good job, both of you!

These are the games that quicken the pulse and the ones that fans of other clubs wish their own team was involved in.

If one cannot dream a little brighter before these games and enjoy the what ifs, then the spontaneity of the event gets lost imo.

City are coming to Anfield, an Anfield that is going to be a wall of sound. They are coming to meet a team that looks like it wants to run through walls for the outgoing Klopp.

They are coming to take on a team being lead by a motivated Klopp. They are coming to take on a team that can take the hits, that can take the big punches and then come back swinging later on in games.

For every flaw in our team that could be pointed out, City are showing themselves to have the exact same flaws this season. If they can hurt us by targetting our perceived flaws, then we have everything we need in our team to dig into their weaknesses.

Come Sunday we are prime Marvin ****ing Hagler and we are going to win big or go out on our shields. Either way we are going to war.

I get what you’re saying, but I think I’m in the watery ****s camp too, unfortunately.

That's ok. I've got enough chomping at the bit syndrome for both of us.

I’m nervous about this, but I reckon we’ll win. The last few seasons we’ve normally played them at anfield in the first half of the season, and then the atmosphere has always been much for them. I reckon it will be unreal on Sunday- maybe the best ever.

Hopefully we have a packed anfield chanting “Kyle walker- he cheats on his wife”. Maupay got him wound up when they played brentford. I could see robbo/Darwin doing the same.

Would be class to see Darwin score and get stuck in pep again, too. I reckon he still has unfinished business there.

If the game's irretrievable near the end we should just look to end a few seasons.
                Really?

This is now THE most important game of Klopp's tenure with us. Yes, we've won stuff, but that was yesterday. Tomorrow is unknown and success tomorrow has one thing standing in front of it. City. Go get 'em boys!
                  Really?
