I’ve read a few places that Xabi wants more control than head coach and we don’t want to go that route. I’m just surprised he’s going to Chelsea, they are a basket case but maybe he can sort them out.

I think Slot will go now, hatchet piece by Joyce and it seems the players are against him by all liking what Mo said. Not sure who though - Iraola and Hoeness are the heavy metal option as said by Mo whereas Alonso is like Pep G. I like Iraola but he’s never managed a side that plays twice a week and with such intensity

Presumably him or his agent have been talking to LFC and either word has come back they will stick with Slot or have someone other than him lined up. It's (one of) his dream job, there's no way he's not waiting a couple of weeks if there is any chance

Can you imagine if Slot had come to LFC instead of the almighty Klopp.
Could slot have turned doubters into believers. Could he inspire players to become generational talents and dominate so successfully.

Obviously not, and now we are back in a slump...
