Yep, some very good and some very bad, and Trent, who was just moderately bad all the way through.

Decent game. End of term vibes.
Again scoring multiple goals away suggests the issues aren’t up front. Midfield was brutal after the subs - we need to have more than just Endo as a specialist CDM.
Macca looked done at the end. Dons form has fallen off a cliff since the turn of the year.Modifying post.

What a frustrating game, looked like we would see it out then they make the same mistakes in games to give away goals. And the change from Endo to Alexis at 6 doesn’t work so why keep doing it. Endo looked fine. Sometimes subs are made for no reason.
Also did they check Nunez goal for offside. Am I missing something or was it a close one, albeit probably offside, but how quick was the check compared to Villas that looked very similar.

Still need a DM, we were fine when Endo was on, but when he went off and MacAllister went there, just didn't work. We need a first choice DM with Endo as back upThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

His casual little outside of the boot passes rather than a proper simple pass are frustrating and his gave some of those away and the one at the end that just rolled out of play.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostYep, some very good and some very bad, and Trent, who was just moderately bad all the way through.

Totally sums him up. It’s attitude.Originally posted by peterbread View PostHis casual little outside of the boot passes rather than a proper simple pass are frustrating and his gave some of those away and the one at the end that just rolled out of play.
No way should he be vice captain. Best he ever played was when he had the likes of Hendo and Milner giving him ****e all game keeping him on his toes.Modifying post.

I hope he ****s off.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostTrent is so frustrating. So much talent, but his application is shocking. If he was as good as he thinks he is he’d be some player. Needs to remember you have to earn it every time you step on the pitch.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

We are a team running of fumes, physically and emotionally. I genuinely think it’s good that he’s going, we need new ideas and a new voice. Not sure if that’s Slot but I’ll be behind him from day 1. A couple of players in key positions would life is immeasurably, it’s back to the old days of needing a “proper” DM. Once Fab got into the team he was transformative, we need another one in there. I’d sell Diaz before Nunez tbh, he works hard but he destroys moves. We need a killer in front of goal and I think one more CB

The main issues aren't up front, we shouldn’t be conceeding 3 goals like that (and to be fair it could have been more, Alisson made a world class save and they missed an absolute sitter.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostDecent game. End of term vibes.

That said I thought both Salah and Diaz were largely poor tonight to be honest, Gakpo was the best of the 3, and the only forward who scored, other goals were GK howler and a defender from a set piece. I thought the link up play was poor from the front 3 and more attacking midfielders as well as the subs. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
