    I said during the 1st half I thought Cody was the most likely to score for us. VVD & Gomez were both solid but the two fullbacks not so much, & neither offered as much width as normal I thought. Ryan was quieter than normal but he still played some great passes through the lines. Darwin is so out of form & I really feel for him. It wasn’t the type of game to utilise his speed & he got crowded out often.

      Still such a long way to go. It's looking good, we have given ourselves a great chance. Nothing more than that. We should be aiming for 90 points, we aren't getting caught if we get there.

      If Salah or Virgil were to be out for a spell, the whole dynamic can change quite quickly.

      We do have some decent firepower so even when we are struggling to create clear chances, we can still score. That's one of our biggest assets. We're top and Nunez can't buy a goal and jota has missed 2 months. 3 points without having to use Diaz which means he's well rested. Plus Chiesa hasn't been available for a long time.

        We are 45% through the season and on for ~94 pts based on current form.

        I think we are in the box seat at the moment.

                Query on the Nunez offside...if the defender wasn't there and it was Salah and Nunez taking on the keeper, and the ball was rolled across like that, does Nunez have to be behind the ball, or behind Salah?

                  Has to be level or behind the ball? I don’t think it was offside.
