    Exactly.
Know what you are saying but reckon he needs to play this one - another tough away match

I gear for our defence in this one. Brentford were very offensive against City.

Heara a few people mention Bryan Mbuemo to replace Salah.

Another potential banana skin. Defensively they've been pretty poor this season. I fancy us scoring but they are very dynamic going forward and will sit and counter. With both of our full backs being dodgy imo they will give us some problems. Imo they would be silly not to target Trent... sure every other team does so why change a winning strategy. Ibou is going to have his work cut out with their runners.

We'll need to score 3 to win this one.

That’s a good shout I think - there’s your score prediction already done, Bob

Just watched the highlights on Brentford vs City on motd.
City were lucky to get a draw in the end.
The post match analysis showed City being very poor, no pressing, lazy without the ball and so Brentford could win every second ball almost unchallenged.
I'm sure Slot will have seen the game and highlight City's errors and ensure our lads and much sharper.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

So we’ve got Brentford then Lille , Ipswich , PSV then Bournmouth by the end of the month. If we were smart we’d at least rest Gravenberch in the CL mid week matches & play him on the weekends.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

A win here is absolutely imperative after the recent dropped points. I’m nervous already & it’s still 2 days away.

I think that Diaz central is wasted. He needs to go back to LW, rotate him and Gakpo to keep both fresh.Diaz's best attribute is his dribbling and trickery, which is nullified thru the middle somewhat.

Use Jota in the middle, and Nunez when Jota needs a break. Yes, Nunez...he seems to complement Salah, makes runs that Salah spots and runs that RW channel, allow Salah to cut inside more.

Then we have Salah and, if he ever catches a break, Chiesa for the RW spot.

Now that Jota has been eased back he will be in the middle, it's a no brainer. This will give Brentford a whole new headache.

I also don't see Diaz displacing Gakpo just yet. So he will likely be the one benched.
                          One tit for another.

A 30 min cameo and he is back in the treatment room - not good enough. We need someone with his scoring ability and Darwin's availability and resilience.
We are here for a good time not a long time....

Yip totally agree. We started this season with collective hard ons about our forward line and the options available to Slot.

Salah - out of contract and looking more and more likely to leave
Diaz - new contract required, constant noise that he would like to go to Spain
Jota - made of ****in Styrofoam
Nunez - ****in bat**** altogether. Has all the tools to be a top player but he is a bit crazy and 3rd season in now time to go.
Chiesa - made of Styrofoam as well

Gakpo is the only one you could say will definitely be here next season imo. Need 2 strikers
