Thanjk you.

He also said it could feasibly be his last Champs League goal at Anfield, didn't he?
I didn’t hear that (might have missed it). I didn’t hear him say “I hope I’m not the last” when they asked him about being the first Liverpool player to score 50 champions league goals

Quansah showing some signs of coming back to form. It felt like they were attacking that side more with the two younger players but they did well.
Chiesa looking lively and unlucky not to get a goal. They’ve been very patient with him which hopefully pays off big time for the rest of the season. Same with Elliot. They’ve been patient but he looked good coming on in the second half, some good interceptions there too.
The league table is a mess. We're in serious danger of getting Real or City after they win their play offs. If both teams win both their remaining games and move up the table then it will be useful. But I'm starting to think we should finish second instead of first in case one of them finishes low.

I'm not sure either but it doesn't include Forest at this stage
Haha, ohh thank god.
From the uefa website:
In the knockout phase, the teams that finish between 9th and 16th will be seeded in the knockout phase play-off draw, meaning they will face a team placed 17th to 24th – with, in principle, the return leg at home. The eight clubs which prevail in the knockout phase play-offs will then progress to the round of 16, where they will each face one of the top-eight finishers, who will be seeded in the round of 16.
To strengthen the synergy between the league and knockout phases, and to provide more sporting incentive during the league phase, the pairings of the knockout phase will also be partly determined by the league phase rankings, with a draw which likewise determines and lays out the route for teams to reach the final.
Does that mean:
Case a) 9th placed team plays 17th place?
Case b) 9th plays 24th place?
Case c) a random draw where 9-16th are on one side and 17-24th are on the other side?
In case a, I’d expect us to play the winner of 16th vs 24th.
In case b, I’d expect us to play the winner of 16th vs 17th.
In case c, I guess there’d just be another draw and with 1 to 8th on one side and the winners of the playoffs on the other.
The more I think about it, I reckon it will be case c, and it will just be a lucky dip who we get. The benefit of finishing top will be that we’d have the second leg at home the whole way, and be guaranteed to be wearing red in the final…
