Could be better, with a few warnings, but otherwise a fairly solid half.
    Really?

Not a bad 1st half at all. Around 75% possession I’d think & we’ve limited them to 1 attempt at goal.

Decent half, need to be taking our chances. Szob and Diaz been very good.

It's a precarious lead; we need another. The entire Newcastle team looks like it'ss been joelintonised - miniscule chance of any of them picking up a yellow.

Nice controlled performance and not letting the emotions and excitement get in the way. Nice to have someone like Gakpo to come on and have a big impact to run at them late on.

Dom starting to get that attacking side going even more now. Diaz looks more dangerous with his runs tonight.

Forest Arsenal still 0-0 nearing 80 mins.

Eh? It’s the best half he’s had in ages

Diaz motm so far. Seems to have finally gotten over his sticky patch.

Yep & you can add Gravenberch to your list.

Agree & it helps that Timmy is more forward thinking than Robbo Robbo 2.0

Yup. BM is on ket, as is the ref, again.

Rafa and Macca in the half time comments. It's like listening to an adult and a child talk football.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

We've played some nice stuff tonight but just haven't worked the keeper enough. I miss our klopp blitz style at times. We definitely take an extra 10 passes backwards and sideways. For all our ball retention, I think we're fortunate isak isn't playing because he could have had 2 or 3 tonight if he'd made the same runs as Wilson. Hopefully we can score early in the second half and get the likes of Elliott and Chiesa on.
