Usually you take maternity leave just before birth, did no one think she was pregnant.

Generally the policy is you have to be employed for over 6 months before you can get maternity.

Typically most take less than a year - or a full year.

In the UK at least you only get full pay for 26 weeks IIRC.

Apart from the penalty against Spurs in the CL, I can't think of a final where he has had a big impact.

Salah has been fasting from sunrise to sunset throughout March (as has Ibou).

By kick off today, it'll be something like 12 hours since he's taken on any sustenance.

Hopefully he can still have a big impact with key moments, but it's probably not a day for a barnstorming all round performance.

I understand the sentiment of playing Kelleher but we've just weakened ourselves from the offset. I appreciate he's done well but Allison is the best in the world. I hope we don't rue that choice.
