Just seen that video. Which would indicate road rage rather than something terror related. 53 white local man arrested.

2 hours since it happened and no confirmed reports of any fatalities (or even unconfirmed internet speculation) seems reassuring the worst case scenario has been avoided

Just seen a low speed part of the incident filmed from the side of the street. People managing to get the door open before itmovespff again . Feels more along the frustration boiledoverthan malicious internet. Maybe that's just wishful thinking.
