No point in speculating as to what his motive was because we’ll never know but it can’t be anything other than deliberate based on those videos. I just hope nobody was killed or seriously hurt, he’s lucky the crowd didn’t get him as he’d have been lynched

Yeah I wonder did he go down the wrong road or something into packed streets, everyone shouting at him and hitting his car and he just lost his ****. There's a video of him beeping and slowly trying to get through crowds. I dunno I'm just speculating, it's so awful regardless.

There are videos of him beeping all right but then he smashed into the crowd, then he turned the car into the other side of the crowd. That’s ****ing insane road rage - he accelerated through the crowd….. bodies thrown everywhere.

I hope those numbers are just idle speculation, the city and its people have suffered enough over the years

It's a complete ****ing piss take this, cannot get a train back or a ****ing bus.

Merseyrail have known this was going to be a busy day for them, no idea why they've not laid on more trains and buses.

The City is a ****ing mess, rubbish, bottles and **** everywhere. It's been treated with massive disrespect by people. Feel sorry for the workers that are going to have clean it all up. ****ing vomit and piss everywhere, lads pissing up streets in broad daylight. Honestly never seen anything like it. It's really annoyed me tbh. I expect better from people but the council haven't prepared very well for this day. That incident with the car ploughing into people could have been avoided had they closed the roads to traffic. Really badly organised imo.

Someone posted a comment on the official FB page accompany is running a shuttle back from the cobbled street outside the museum. Only across the water but imagine it will get more manageable the further from the city you can get
