We need to sort out the defensive line, get Grav back into midfield soon and sign a few players. I’d pass on Isak and buy Wharton instead tbh, get someone else as a back up striker.

Well hopefully we'll kick on, but this isn't looking like a title winning side, loads of improvements needed for sure. Vulnerable at the back which is my main worry, loads of promising patterns but lots to still. Would have liked Rio on for the last 10 mins.

Too early to panic. I do think we need another defender and a true wide dribbler.

Penalties were really poor, but there are still issues to resolve with how we play, the balance with the full backs isn't right and without Gravenberch we were too easy to play through. When we took off Ekitike and Wirtz we didn't have the forwards to bring on and maintain a threat. I thought a few of our best players were poor today, Salah was poor all game and barely involved for much of it, VVD wasn't up to his usual standards. Alot of work to do in terms of transfers but also on the training ground.

We looked too open today and look like we are going to need to score 3 or 4 to win games if we play like we did today.

We've only won the league after winning the Charity Shield 3 times...
