Cheers Buzzo, I doubt he’ll be allowed back.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Even without the accusations of racism this guy sounds like an absolute dick.

Regularly throwing chewing gum and the like at opposition players? Shameful

I guess being in a wheelchair has afforded him a certain degree of leeway to simply do as he pleases

Irrespective his actions last night overshadowed what was a fitting tribute to Jots and Silva and a thrilling league game.

              c'mon we know exactly why.

The people overseeing VAR are incompetent ****s.

This isn't some tinfoil hat conspiracy theory nonsense.

There's a sizable body of evidence spanning back to the inception of VAR that the officials simply aren't fit for purpose.

This isn't just in regards to Liverpool but all teams in the league.

I can kind of accept that it's not necessarily a red card under the circumstances, or at least I can see how it's a subjective decision that could go either way, just about. This is where it's silly, the ref should see it and if should be at least a booking, but that's out of scope for VAR for no good reason.

A bit of a roller coaster ride wasn’t it. The scenes when Chiesa scored were amazing. You won’t forget that match for a long long time.

I agree on goal scoring opportunity being doubtful but it was a clear handball and var said that it was accidental, which it clearly wasn’t

So at the very least shouldn’t it have been a free to us and a yellow for the Bournemouth player?

Yeah no argument there. It’s ridiculous that VAR could come up with any other conclusion. We’ve come to accept nothing but incompetence unfortunately.

Agree, but VAR can't do anything about free kicks and yellow cards. If VAR thought it was accidental, they messed that up, but unless they would have deemed it an obvious goalscoring opportunity, it was a VAR **** up without consequence.

Then semenyo starts speaking to the ref.

I didn't have the benefit of the other camera angle, or the replays.
The comment was made in the moment.

                          Kiss my arse.
So based on that you assume Semenyo would jump to "race card" over a tackle?

Says a lot.... this doesn't make it any better. **** that, thats a piece of **** comment.

Just stay quiet and wait for the facts to come out.

Yes, it's a structural problem. They are all **** and needs to be overhauled.

I’ve been thinking about Dom playing that deeper role in midfield. He loves to get involved and be everywhere and use that energy for the good of the team and he’s so important for us doing that but does he need to be more disciplined and conservative and control his game more now.

It’s all good and well doing that when he’s higher up the pitch closing down and trying to make things happen. He also gave the ball away both times for Bournemouths goals trying to force things. He can leave that to players like Wirtz, Salah, Gakpo and Ekitike and play a bit within himself if he wants to play in the deeper role.

Not a criticism of him but like the team a bit of adjustment and time is needed for it all to click together. He does look like he’s got a good long range pass on him which we’ve not seen due to his role in the team previously which could be a nice addition. We know how dangerous VVD is with his and we’ve lost Trent so another option would help.

None of us knew what was going on, it was obviously a stupid comment at the time.
