I guess Mo won't be giving the pens to Isak then.
Glad it was that Manc prick that conceded the pen too, he'll be remembered for more than just kicking as many Liverpool players as possible in a short period of time.
Oh, Rio MOTM BTW. The league is in big trouble whenever we feel he's ready to be a regular starter. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Better to play Robbo and give Kerkez cameo’s until he can shake the small fish in big pond syndromeOriginally posted by Kenneth View PostIt was appalling. LB looked absolutely sorted in the summer, but it's looking a bit dodgy at the moment. Kerkes looks to be struggling with the step up and Robbo is still toast, and Kostas is in Italy.

Burnley will get praise for battling and grinding but when you stick ten in the box and show zero ambition to even leave your own half you just shouldn’t.
I am not saying they should go at us but there is a better balance than that. And while it was a struggle to break them down that’s an extreme level of the low block that you don’t usually deal with and most teams would find hard to breakdown.
But they kept going til the end and forced a mistake with the pressure and got a bit lucky to win. I’m not going to get too worried about the performance because most teams will show more ambition than Burnley and this team will only get better as it builds and having Isak in the box on the end of some of those crosses would have made a difference.

Burnley defended well, but biggest factor for me was it being the first game after the internationals this early in season. We obviously lost last year and struggled against Wolves the year before that.Originally posted by peterbread View PostBurnley will get praise for battling and grinding but when you stick ten in the box and show zero ambition to even leave your own half you just shouldn’t.

3 points is all that matters, don't give a **** about performance.
Also means any result in Manchester derby is a good result.
