Wasn’t that Razor Ruddock broke both Andy Cole’s legs, think it was in a reserve game, or am I imagining that happened??

I just googled it and he only broke one leg, but Milan Baros had broke his leg in the same game 10 minutes earlier

Where is this lad? Shouldn’t he be back around this time?

The club were hoping he could start training again in March

They said he would be out for two months. That was in December. It’s now February. I’m no actuary but I’d have thought he’d be eased back into training with the team sometime soon.

****ing no chance. I don't think he'll play again this season. Broke his leg and did ligament damage if I recall?

I don't think anyone said 2 months (not that it's even been 2 months yet, Dec 20th).

Late March was the most optimistic timeframe.

Fair enough. I could have sworn I read that somewhere but it might have been a chancer online. We could really do with him in the last 20 minutes of games when Ekitike always seems gassed.

Saw this on FB just now.

Alexander Isak stepped up his recovery from a broken leg with a gym session and some light ball work at Liverpool's AXA Training Centre on Friday.

The £125m striker suffered the injury setback when he was caught by Tottenham Hotspur's Micky van de Ven in the 2-1 win for the Reds in London in December.

Isak opened the scoring on the day with a finish from Florian Wirtz's pass before he was caught by Van den Ven and forced off just 11 minutes after coming on as a half-time substitute.

Isak underwent surgery to correct an ankle injury that included a fibula fracture and no timeframe has been placed on when the former Newcastle United man will be cleared for a comeback.

However, the striker was pictured on official club channels on Friday afternoon working in the gym and undergoing some basic football drills inside the £50m training complex.

A date has still not been slated for Isak's return but the latest developments will be viewed as an encouraging sign as the Reds look to get the most expensive footballer in British football history back on the pitch as soon as possible.

Nuts that a new 'training complex' can cost less than half of a major signing, but the complex is deemed a generational change, whereas the player is for four years or so.
                              Really?
