Frustrating game but it’s valuable minutes for lots of players and hard minutes too not an easy run out which might be more beneficial. Plus another game for them in the next round.

Feel for Leoni as he was having a wonderful debut. Hopefully it’s not as bad as it seems.

Chiesa looks good and put in a real shift. Hell no doubt cover for Ekitike on the weekend and is in good form so that helps. Between him and Isak we should be ok.

It's just childish - it's not like he's scored the winner in a Champ's League Semi in the last minute. Holding up his shirt like that, like everyone needs to know his name. He scored a routine tap in in a game no-one gives a toss about. I hope the boss has a few choice words.
      Really?

I’m not sure getting a red card and missing the next game is showing anyone anything much.

He looks class - but that was madness.
        Modifying post.

          The removing the shirt rule.

The rule, implemented by FIFA in 2004, aims to prevent time-wasting, protect sponsor branding, and maintain a level of professionalism and respect on the field

            I think that's a stretch.

Do you think having political messages would be a good idea?

Nyoni was very tidy on the ball. Two assists for Chiesa and fair play to him he tracked back and pressed throughout, as professional as Hugo was stupid.
                  Never knowingly optimistic

But letting players dive, fake head injuries and get away with studs up tackles is a ok! The rules at times and the use of them is ridiculous.

He showed a bit of attitude today, from the moment he came on. I liked it but after his yellow for dissent I said to the wife I bet he gets sent off. Never mind, I like him as a player. He’s getting better with each game for me.

Bright performance by Chiesa, he has that winning mentality

Sad for Leoni, when he went down I thought he had just banged his head on the astroturf…..

Madness moment from Hugo…….caught up in celebrating…..

Laughable performance from Pingpong it was Chucklebrothersesque

But isn't it only a yellow if you take the shirt off, if you just lift the shirt up so you can see a message on an undershirt that's not a yellow is it
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

The red card will make Hugo think twice about revealing a "I'm ****ing better than Isak" message the next time he scores.

I’ve no doubt he’ll get pegged down a notch or two by Slot tonight. And rightly so.
