West Ham away Sunday 30th Nov at 205pm

Hard to believe a season that promised so much after last seasons triumph & the amount of money spent could come down to the Manager fighting for his job with not even half the season gone. Sure injuries have played their part but the pigheadedness of Arne Slot is where the blame lies.

No idea who he plays in this, most likely the same X1 as last night knowing him. Personally I’d play Chiesa, Isak & Ekitike if he’s sticking with his usual formation but I’d prefer to see 442 with Isak & Ekitike up top.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Pointlessly talking about who’s going to play if he’s going to be in charge for this game. It will be Robertson in for Kerkez and Isak in for Ekitike and that’s about it. Same again and no doubt Nuno will have his number and another bad loss to a team at the bottom end of the table which is where we’re headed right now.

I’d like to be optimistic and think he’ll try something different but I can’t see it happening.

If he sets us up the same way and doesn't make some obvious changes then he deserves to go.

Chiesa to start, score a hattrick then Slot gets the sack.

Chiesa won't start, it'll be Gakpo Isak and Salah. We'll lose and Slot still won't get the bullet.

It's getting to the point where relegation is a more likely prospect than CL football next season

Took a look at the PSV goals and the players simply aren't working hard enough or making individual errors

I'd rather we play some hard workers and get a draw with graft and then use that as a base to get a win.

Go Roy Evans and put 3 at the back for now because Konate can't be trusted. That allows wing backs which can double up with Salah and address his defensive failings.

Allow Kerkez to attack and overlap Gakpo

If Ekitike isn't fit then play Chiesa until the opposition tire and then put Isak on for 30-35 mins because he's quick and maybe is only fit enough for 100% effort for that time period

Have was actually got 3 players to put at the back?

We've got 14 left sided forwards though so that's all good

                Lol...

Do what it takes to address the defence. Keep a clean sheet and we might actually instill some belief in the players or win a game

We can score but it's the leaking of goals that's killing us and sapping confidence

I don't think he even needs to change the starting line up to achieve this......just have the midfield sitting deeper, move Salah up front, and put Dom on the right wing.

I have been saying for a few weeks try to focus on stability and keeping it tight at the back, I would be tempted to start Endo in midfield as a destroyer someone who can offer a bit of protection to the back 4. Particularly as it is away from home.

Attack wise I just don't know where a goal is coming from Aalah and Isak look toothless, it looks like Ekitike is injured, Chiesa won't play the first 80mins. Kind of relying on Gakpo cutting inside and his shot not being blocked for once as our best chance of scoring

Push Salah more inside rather than out wide. He's ineffective from the wing right now. He's lost some pace and can't get passed his man but move him more narrow and he becomes a bigger shooting threat

He'll just get in the way of Ekitike or Isak then. He just needs dropping.

Only if they play but if Ekitike isn't fit then play Cheisa and move Salah inside a bit. Once the opposition tire, then bring Isak on and either push Salah wide again or sub him for pace on the right

You know it's over for your manager when I start looking at WEST HAM's line up and hope they don't have any injuries to key players. Either Slot has a magical turnaround or, more realistically, West Ham beat us 3-0 and it's Slot's last game. Both results are acceptable now.

PSV were 10/1 to win last night. I was telling some non-LFC fan friends of mine that it was a good price. I think West Ham are 7/2 which is very good value considering the form as well. Don't like betting against Liverpool obviously though.

Arne needs to do something. Start again. Definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different result.

What is the story with Wirtz, Becker and Ekitike. Are they all out??

I'd like to see 442. Isak and Salah as a 2 up front. Szoboslai on right of midfield. Jones right back with Gomez central. Robbo left back. Mac and Grav disciplined. Wirtz left wing if available. If not, then Rio. Gakpo has been getting a free pass imo.

If he starts the same tactics then he's his own worst enemy
