Nice to see the team keep going and put the foot down. Fun watch.

Ekitike is such a talent. So glad we signed him. He’s great one on one with the keeper. Must help practising with Ali.

Happy with that! Ekitike is the new Torres isn't he?

Wow!!! 4-2 and Benfica are in the playoffs - does that mean they play Real in the play-offs?!?
We are here for a good time not a long time....

So is it one of Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Club Brugge or Galatasaray in the next round.

Apparently it will be either Real or Inter. Baggage with either of those for Mourinho. Real will be missing 2 players to suspension in the first leg of the play offs.

Is it at this stage we can register/replace players in the CL squad? More to the point, do we have anyone we can replace the likes of Bradley and Isak with? (I assume Leoni wasn't even in the squad?)

Who could Liverpool face in the last 16?

Liverpool, who finished third in the league phase, will take on Club Brugge, Galatasaray, Juventus or Atletico Madrid.

He's with us until the end of the season at least; I would get used to the idea.
Following that? My guess is that if Xabi is free...

But this victory frees no-one. Beating a second rate European team handily is not a reason for any one to keep their jobs / places in the team.
                        Really?

Our best performances have tended to come in Europe we seem more suited to Europe also we struggled to put back to back performances and/or results together. We beat Marseille then lost to Bournemouth. The win last night was nice but to show we have made some progress we need to string a decent run of wins and good performances together...
