Plus at the speed of the ball and the ****house camera, I cant tell if its hits his back or back and arm at the same time. If it was purely elbow the ball would have come back downwards not up.

Exactly - same with Frimpong on the right and playing forward. As soon as we have players who can go around the back and get a cross in, we look so much more dangerous. Playing two wide players who both want to occupy Ekitike's space is daft.

Begs the question of how we would fit Gakpo, Ekitike, Salah and Isak into the same team. The answer is easy - we don't. Salah and Gakpo are yesterday's solutions to yesterday's problems.

Konate is so annoying though, with his physical assault man marking and clumsiness. But yes, he was the most consistent player out there today.

And it was such a perfect cross. He didn’t just put it in hoping to find someone he delicately dinked it to the far post. Great play.

After a tepid first half performance from us, we were a lot better second half, took the sting out of the play, cut out the stray passes, and made 2 or 3 good chances.

For all their huff and puff, there was no miracles needed by Ali in goal, but we made their keeper work. So, all in all, a fair result but still work to do.
