We have lost 10 league games this season, how is this guy still employed ! That's around 1 in 3.

2-1 was a great result in end

As much as I respect you as a poster. The team would play better managerless. Slot and bronkhorse (Clueless the sequel) have ruined us this season

Yip, we would play better with Virg as player/manager.

We never really looked like threatening their goal. The goal we got was gifted to us rather than anything we created

There is clearly no plan for the players. I thought we selected Slot for his sharp brain and ability to adapt to situations. Seems like he's just been sending players out there to 'do their best' while other (average) managers have cottoned on to this and are exploiting it to the max.

This worked out for us last season because Salah was on fire and the others knew exactly how to play Klopp's style. But Salah has dried up and half the team has changed or gone past their sell by dates (Konate, VvD, Robertson) and Slot has no idea what to do with this knowledge.
                One tit for another.

The players are mostly quality players we need a manager who can make them into a team. That is due to manager and coaching, this side doesn't have an identity and again that is due to the manager. There may be other issues but getting an identity working on patterns of play pressing as a team would improve performances (and likely results). There may be other issues but I think change of manager is the first big step.

I read that most of the players haven't trained since the CL game, so presumably we worked on very little for this game and it definitely showed.

The same plan b that never works. Take Konate off for an attacker. Desperately hoping for something because once again his tactics have failed.

It’s the same slow boring predictable football with no intensity. And no low blocks today to deal with.

We’ve seen in the league when they are allowed to play how good they can be. It’s not just in Europe we’ve put in good performances.

Sounds like another diabolical performance again. [emoji849] Glad I went to the Beach with my family.

****ing fed up with ****. 10 losses, TEN ****ing league losses. It's a bloody disgrace, we're supposed to be the League Champions.

Went to a serial killer exhibition instead, seen 10 mins of game in a pub beforehand. Was a good choice to skip, so predictable.

It's so weird teams around us are so ****ing bad, that we are still in with a shot of Champs league football. This result was as obvious as the nose on my face, I was worried about this fixture and the potential lows of the tempo and atmosphere, sure enough we end up with nothing and loads of ****e performances. Said it before several times and I ll say it again, we are a bang average team under this manager this season.

When ekitike went off injured, what was the thinking with bringing on Jones??

He started with only 2 natural attackers (if we count Wirtz as a midfielder). Then one goes off injured after 5 min, so he decides to replace him with another midfielder, leaving just one attacker on the pitch. Not only that, but it’s one who’s only managed 6 goals in 29 games!

He had Ngumoha and Chiesa on the bench. I get that they’re not his ideal choice, but if he was gonna shoe horn 2 midfielders into their positions, rather than playing them, then why bother even having them in the squad- and if he’s not willing to use them in situations like this, then he needed to replace Nunez/Diaz/Jota. Ngumoha has been great recently when given the chance. I get that he’s young and Slot wants to manage his minutes with longer term development in mind, but needs must, we’re missing 3 strikers and the kid looks good enough to play, so put him in.

Also once he brought jones on, he had no senior midfield options left on the bench for the next 85+ minutes.
                                I don't tip
