I’d stick with Kerkez. He was great tonight and they didn’t have to go all out so should be good to play again. We need that energy again and he helped get things going early in the game with his enthusiasm and effort. And if Wirtz plays from the left I think they’re a good combo.

I just want to see the players get a chance to show their skills and express themselves. Let them play and they’ll be happier and everything goes from there. Players want to enjoy three football they play and have some freedom and not have everything overly controlled.

I'd imagine he will go with Gakpo for mo, and just move Wirtz around. I'd like to see him give Rio a go on the right, but I dont think he will risk it.

Gakpo on the right at least can cross on his stronger foot or even better played centrally makes sense but he’s way to predictable on the left.

To be honest, the FA cup is so far down the priorities compared to the CL and qualifying for next season's CL that I'm bothered about this game only to the extent that it affects the others. It would be nice to think Arne could use it as a free hit to try some tactics that he can use in other games but he won't take the risk. At least Brighton aren't a spoiling bunch of groks so it might be a decent game to watch regardless of who wins.

Think I'd rather see Frimpong at RB and Rio/Gakpo as the forward, with Dom covering the right CM slot so he can do the defensive work if Frimpong gets caught up field.

For me though, id like to see a.back 4 of Kerkez Virgil Konate Frimpong......a midfield of Gravenberch macallister and Szoboslai......and an attacking trio of Wirtz ekitike and gakpo......with that possibly morphing into a 4222 formation

If Gomez is fit then he should always be ahead of Szobo for the RB slot simply because I think Gomez is a better RB.

As for Ramsay, well I don't rate him at all so in my eyes Szobo is better at RB than him.

However I would also rate Jones as being better at RB than Ramsay for our team so would start him at RB instead of Szobo if Gomez was not available.

Minutes managed is fine, as he is our only fit option as a natural RB. I guess we will find out if that means 60mins or so at RB, and then subbed off, or if he can't be playing 2 games in a row, so either JoGo (njured?) or Dom will have to play the role.
