Good player with a very physical side to his game, but as you mentioned he has been missing more and more games each season the past few years.


Geertruida would be the guy to get for that RB slot for me if we are loking at Dutch internationals. Fast, strong, tall (for a full back) and able to cover at CB and as a DM. Would come with the advantage of having played in the PL for the past season too so is used to the league and to living in the north of England.

Brings a little bit of the pace Frimpong brings and brings some of the physical playing style that Bradley brings.


Would be a nice addition imo and might even be good enough to nail down the RB spot as his own, and even if he did not the fact he can play comfortably in a number of positions would see him still get plenty of game time.

We are linked to a number of RB players and seem to have a good relationship with them for doing transfers, so who knows.

No way Inter are going to pay £35m for a player with a year left on his contract, unless they are selling someone for a big wedge or there's someone (does Dumfries play for Inter?) going the other way

Imagine being an Inter fan & hearing your club is bidding for a LFC player called Curtis Jones, wouldn't you be a little underwhelmed by that news?

TBH if they did into what he does well, I think he would be someone they would be happy to get as he would suit how their team was set up this season and most likely he would be playing in a slightly advanced midfield position if he went there.

Not quite an AM but most of the pressure he would be expected to do would be in the middle and final thirds. Think his ability to link play and rarely misplace a pass would go down a treat at Inter given how good they have looked in their domestic league.

I reckon as long as he and his family settled off the pitch that he would do very well in Serie A.

Does make me wonder if someone is leaving from their midfield or if they are just hoping to add to their title winning squad.
