If the Prem used the FIFA Adidas ball the accelerometers would have been able to detect the slightest touch.

He didn’t intend to handle it, and it made no difference to the goal if he did, so any rule that disallows a goal for it is a BS rule. Can’t get all “well technically” on it in good faith.

I was wondering about something like that. Technology today should be able to determine a subtle change in direction and velocity.
