I imagine this will be a formality, so I'm going to buck the trend and go with Aurelio. Obviously Crouch was excellent, and Macherano was very good as well, but I think special praise is deserved for Pennant as well.

The goals that Crouchie scored today were brilliant! First that tap-in was magnificent - I actually thought he missed.

The second one with his head - That's what you would expect from a man his height

And the BEST GOAL, his 3rd, when he totally embarrassed Kolo Touré, turned like he was ****ing Ronaldinho...

What a game today! I thought we were going to lose this one, because I thought we would rest most of our first team ahead of PSV game... But still... Well done lads!!!

And yeah, like I've said before... Best today were: Crouch (obvious reasons), Aurelio (he's the best crosser of the ball we have), Arbeloa (settled in our squad quickly and with style), Mascherano (IMO better than Momo) and Pennant (always lively).

Was a bit disappointed with Gerrard, but who cares now.
