I agree about the friendlies, but San Marino, Moldova and Wales have just as much a right to play in International Tournaments as our non league clubs have to play in the FA Cup.

Yes. But our non league clubs start in pre qualifying, whereas bigger clubs start in the 3rd round, so this is what sean_lfc was suggesting should be the case for international qualifying.
