Thanjk you.

Have to say I'm mightily disappointed with the performance of Liverpool tonight. I don't give a feck if we've already won the group. When you play for Liverpool you should give 100% always. This performance says very little about the quality of our so called fringe players. Players should be trying to force their way into the first XI not fart about like a bunch of part timers.
Several of the players look like they haven't seen a ball for months. Ridiculous.

Harsh.
The defending has been ****e though.
Going forward I felt we were quite good. Bellers was great, Fowler got 2, Pennant was much better.
Quite a deserved result on the whole, but we werent terrible.

Paetta and Agger have not been great tonight. Ropey challenges and passes from them both.
Pennant has been better. Bellers has been MotM. Fowler ok but you can tell he is lacking matches.
Alonso hasn't been at his best, but that goes for the whole season so far.
I think that's down to lack of experience more than a lack of quality. The team tonight was quite inexperience and I thought that they aquitted themselves quite well.
Dissapointed to lose but at the end of the day it doesn't matter on little bit. At least we never went down without a fight.

The way people have been talking in the past few weeks Aggers was the next Alan Hansen. Based on tonight he still has a lot to learn.
You could get me off on one here. I could write 1,000 words on why Riise is soo important to us. Thankfully for the whole of EST i'm way too chilled to be arsed.
Let's just leave it at, i'm right, you're wrong!
