We know they're interested, they've been given the guided tour, have attended the game at Anfield.
We also know that they have spoken to Rafa and he seems to be making positive noises about it, and that they have spoken to the players about their plans.
Gerrard said when asked about it -
"I think the future is bright. There has been a lot of talk in the media of late about the takeover and I've been fortunate enough to meet with the people who are going to be taking over the club. I'm very excited. They assured me and the rest of the players that the club is going to be in safe hands and that the future is going to be really bright."
All of the noises coming from the club sound really positive which I don't think would be the case if there was still haggling over the price.
I don't think DIC would be telling the players that the club is going to be in safe hands unless the price had been agreed and they were just going through the formality of due dilligence etc.
