I don't know why they would just release a big wedge of funds for transfer purposes. Surely each case would be considered on its own merits and then, if it was viable and beneficial to the club, the bid would be sanctioned by the board.Originally posted by dww View PostComment

There should be at least another 20m per year available for transfers on top of whatever is already budgeted because we will not have to pay interest on a loan to build the new stadium - as it will paid for in cash.It's my job to handle life and death situations on a daily basis.
