Thanjk you.

He will sign a new deal but he has also said that he will leave in January or next summer. He will only sign the deal so Livorno will get more money for him.
If he then leaves he will cost more and he will get a part of that himself if he doesn't put in a transfer request.
He would probably get around the same or little more if left on a free(signing on fee plus higher wages).
Why don't you ask your "journalist friend" about it?
Valencia are reported to have stepped up their bid to strike a deal for Liverpool number one Jose Reina.
The Spanish international is being strongly linked with a move to La Mestalla, but coach Rafa Benitez has insisted he intends to hand his number one a new contract.
However, with Marco Amelia's agent claiming the Italian is wanted by Liverpool - it seems to be adding weight to the reports that Reina could be departing.
Reina's agent Manuel Garcia Quilon has revealed that talks with Liverpool and Valencia are set to commence.
"There is an offer for Liverpool to follow," he told skysports.com.
"But the kid has some questions."
Reina's partner is due to give birth in March and is understandably concerned about the prospect of moving his young family.
Valencia's sporting director Amadeo Carboni is understood to have initiated the contact between the two clubs.
However, it is also believed that although Valencia are looking to broker an early deal - it would be with a view to a summer move, rather than in January.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

My thoughts are that if Reina is sold it`s because he wants to move to Spain with his pregnant wife.
Amelia is a italian international (I think) and his days at are Livorno almost over. Dudek will leave in the summer, and we than have Carson left.
Carson plays for Charlton, so Livorno can`t be much worse.
Rafa is probably only interested in Amelia because he doesn't know if Reina will stay or not. If he leaves then he will already have Amelia lined up to replace him.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

And that Rafa even thinks in those way proves there are a real possibility that Reina will leave in the summer.
He wont be moving so stop posting **** about it from dickhead websites that know nothing. The mans gonna sign a a new contract for ****s sake.
Despite my optimism earlier in this thread, it seems that these rumours might indeed be true.
I don't think Reina is sure yet if he will stay or not...chances are that if he does sign an extension, it will be not be until the Summer, and only for a 2 year extension.
It'll be interesting to watch the goings on at Valencia with regards to their manager...Carboni and Quique do not get on, and apparently Lippi is waiting in the wings. If Lippi takes over from Quique (which probably won't happen until they're knocked out of the CL), he could bring Buffon with him.

Pepe Reina has dismissed rumours claiming he is unsettled at Anfield and insisted he couldn't be happier than playing for Liverpool.
The Spanish international kept another clean sheet during the 3-0 victory at Charlton and said he just wants to concentrate on helping Liverpool try to close the gap at the top of the table.
"As the manager keeps saying, we don't know where these stories keep beginning," insisted Reina.
"I'm really happy here at Liverpool. It's a big club and I have a good relationship with all the people. I have two and a half years left of my contract, so I'm in no hurry.
"I don't know if now is the right time to be talking about a contract because I like to focus just on the games. There will be plenty of time to do this.
"I'm not homesick. Obviously there are things in Spain we all miss because our family and friends are all back there, but that's normal. There are things which are not the same, but that's what you expect as a footballer.
"I have a very happy life here with my wife and a daughter which is on the way, so there's no problem for me here.
"I'm happy with another clean sheet, but even happier with the victory on Saturday. We have some momentum away from home now.
"The beginning of the season wasn't the best for us, but we always said it would improve. The schedule wasn't easy for us. It seemed we had to go to all the most difficult stadiums first. But now we're playing more away games where we know the chances of winning for us are much better."
PEPE REINA today eased fears about of homesickness may prompt an early return to Spain at the end of the season.
The Spanish keeper is consistently being linked with a summer move to Valencia - much to the annoyance of manager Rafa Benitez who's determined to keep his number one.
Negotiations over a new contract are planned in the New Year, and although Reina insists he's in 'no hurry' to thrash out fresh terms, he's dismissed rumours he's unsettled on Merseyside.
"As the manager keeps saying, we don't know where these stories keep begin-ning," said Reina.

Reina's form certainly isn't being affected by the speculation, as he helped Liverpool to another clean sheet at the weekend.
That's the club's tenth in their last 12 games.

Liverpool returned to training yesterday, but were given the day off ahead of tomorrow's League Cup quarter-final with Arsenal.
The competition is often considered low on the priority list, but with such illustrious opponents heading to Merseyside, both Benitez and Arsene Wenger are expected to field strong sides at Anfield.
Reina is in no doubt of the significance of the fixture.
"It's Arsenal and it's a cup game, so of course it's important," he said.
