Champions League - Knockout Stage 1st Round

What with all the investment talk and everything, it might've been easy to forget that tomorrow morning, the draw for the CL knockout phase is made.

The draw is at 11am and Sky Sports coverage begins from 10:30am tomorrow.

POT ONE - GROUP WINNERS:
AC Milan, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Liverpool, Lyon, Manchester United, Valencia

POT TWO - GROUP RUNNERS-UP:
AS Roma, Barcelona, Celtic, FC Porto, Inter Milan, Lille, PSV Eindhoven, Real Madrid

So we can get any of the following:

AS Roma
Barcelona
Celtic
FC Porto
Inter Milan
Lille
Real Madrid

Some potentially nasty draws in that lot. Dont want Barcelona, Roma, Inter or Madrid (being uber-picky). Celtic would be ideal, or Lille would do nicely.

But even if we didnt get much luck with the draw, the only ones i'd really fear are Barcelona.

The rest would each be there for the taking.

Got a feeling we will meet Inter. I don't think we are good enough at the moment to hurt teams but we are also very difficult to beat even when we are not on top form so could be interesting.

Naw i don't think we'd 'hammer' them but still i think we'd beat them over the 2 legs with relative ease.
Still fuming after our UEFA Cup exit to them a few years back,
embarrassing to say the least that was.

We will have to agree to disagree. Would not take the result of that match to be a mullering either. Last time I checked, Celtic beat the scum up there.
