Do you really think that it was a coincidence that our unbeaten run last season started when Kewell made his comeback?

A player doesn't need to set the league alight to be very important to the team.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

You can believe that if you want to. However in my opinion, Kewell has been a complete waste of time as a player for LFC.

Well, Rafa thinks more like me than you about Kewell and that is why he is still playing for us and that is why Rafa is prepared to wait for him time after time. IMO

Did you see the size off those chickens?

Aye, you're right Rafa's the man in charge!!

I might not agree with you on your evaluation of HK LFC career to date, however I’d like nothing more than him coming back to full fitness and showing the kind of class he displayed when he was at Leeds (but I can't see that happening!).

Its not his game anymore, but he's an exceptionally clever midfielder, who rarely gives the ball away and is hugely inventive.

                We've missed him this season.

                  Very harsh indeed.

For the first half of his debut season with us, he was scoring almost every other game. He was fit, sharp and quick, and made a HUGE contribution. Something like 9 goals in that first half of the season. Then he got injured and despite returning to the side on several occasions, has never been able to get 100% fit since.

He's not that same player anymore, injuries have seen to that. But that's not to say he isnt a useful player who cant contribute anymore. It's just a different contribution.

Think John Barnes, when he got old and started playing a slower, more methodical game,, often pulling the strings in the centre of the park. Not saying Kewell should or will play in the middle, just that he's an intelligent player whose main attribute, like that of Barnes did, has changed.

i reckon i must be watching a different player to those pushing this thread. at best he has been indifferent for me. but usually far far worse.

Not sure if paul's comment was a bit tongue in cheek or not, but i'm unsure at how calling a player a '****' and telling him to '**** off' is talking sense.

I wouldnt exactly introduce Bellamy to my sister either, but it's completely independent of his footballing ability and contribution he can offer us.

The fella hasnt broken sweat since he came here.

This supposed great season last year was in reality about 3 or 4 good games. The rest of the time he just made sure he didnt look a ****. Mainly by not having the bottle to take the full back on. If you dont take the full back on, how can you lose it? I want more from my winger to be honest.

In any other job in the world, if you had even a tenth of the sick days this prick has had, you would be sacked. This fella continues picking up his 60 grand a week for doing **** all, other than showing his "crib" on mtv:whatever: , and going to parties.

I say again, **** off harry.
