I'm the same. I won't forgive him until he retires and by then I'll not care anyway. Owen did the same, his memory totally sullied by his later antics. Slagging us off shows that he wanted to rub our noses in it so I'll continue to hate him and hope he fails over the remainder of his career. More so than any other player in fact

Obviously I hope he continues to fluff his lines in the Premier League whilst we still have even the slightest of hopes of making fourth

I just don't have it in me bones to be hateful towards him. He's paying his dues for the mistake he made, no need for me to rub it in, he rubs it in himself every day he drives to Cobham and/or the Bridge or anywhere else for that matter.

I don't know about letting go Kev, I certainly don't want him back so don't covet him. It's more about taking joy from seeing him struggle and hoping that he regrets every day since he left. Calling that plastic club 'professional' and implying that our great club isn't, was out of order. It's been gone over enough mind, I'll agree with thatOriginally posted by kev776 View PostTorres who?? just another player for another club that some just can't let go of.

The resistable force versus the moveable object.Originally posted by topscorer View PostTBF Leicester did have the Konch in defense."That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.
Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

According to someone with a decent amount of 'form' when it comes to getting snippets of info that prove to be correct (when i spoke to him yesterday before the game), you might get your wish this summer...Originally posted by Tee View Post
Despite his problems I think the majority of Liverpool fans share one common view of Torres...i.e, we wish he was still at Anfield..

Cool, let himself play his way into form so he's back next season
Yeah right!
Even though he was apparently amazing yesterday, he still didn't look right. He has this funny stuttering way of dribbling with the ball, and the first goal was a scuff.
For discussion's sake though, two and a half years of Torres would see in his successor we signed last year just nicely.
