He's better than what we've got (which speaks volumes) BUT there are better players out there. Stay well clear, don't go back etc etc.
    We come not to play.

I'll rephrase - I think he could score more goals successfully here than the strikers we currently have.

all rumours rather than fact but IF the story is true i would have been over the moon to have torres back. he is a judas cunt, a money grabber, a moaning prima dona and has **** hair . . . . . . . but i think he would score again if he came back. he's a confidence player no doubt and here he woul dhave that confidence knowing h'es succeeded already.

however, if we really wanted an ex-player to return, id rather we brought back sir ryan of babel

Torres would improve our attacking options, of that there can surely be no doubt.

His leaving is in the past, he's not had the best time of it at Chelsea and tbh if he was available we'd be mad not to look into it.

FSG would never look at bringing back a 28 year old player on over £100k per week, especially given his terrible form/goals return in a leading team that plays a similar shape to us.

And even more so given the circumstances in which he left...i.e. his lack of faith in FSG's vision and committment to the club.

He won't be back, nor would I want him back. He's just not the player he was.

Forget the old Torres he's gone, we need to find and sign the new, better Torres, or sign Falcao.

Time to look forward now, he is part of our history and nothing can or will change that.

This or someone of similar ilk would excite me more than bringing Torres back. They would probably add more to the team as well.
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

Signing Falcao would be like winning the lottery
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Just as likely to happen too.

Has Torres got any competition at Chelsea for his place in the team?

                              He is undroppable now

0 points for performance, that's for sure.
