Delia Smith would have been an improvement on him.

Aberdeen are debt free now and have no desire to take a punt on transfers and take on a bit of debt to make signings. Its ****e, but at least it isn't a mega money duopoly like La Liga.

Ultimately no other team in the League can pay a transfer fee, and if any player develops with a team outside of the OF, then he will be sold on, possibly to Celtic, so its hardly surprising they are miles ahead.

    Its not really an achievement.

That said Rodgers is an improvement on the previous fella.

The quality of the league is summed up by Rangers coming straight back up to 2nd. Scottish football is a ****ing embarrassment.

Hahah because you get so upset that Rodgers gets praised you thought I said best team in your little rage didn't you?

Ive posted 4 times in the last two months in this thread. 6 if we include the replies to you. What a yapper!!

Would wish you a merry Christmas but I'm guessing you'll be Mr Misery as usual. I can't remember you ever expressing joy or saying you like something/someone on here so I hope you can find some happiness!

    'Godgers' Cringe.

The way you've yapped on in this thread you'd think we were witnessing the second incarnation of Di Canio, Cadets and Van Hooijdonk.

    Anyhow Merry Christmas, you cunt.

Give it a rest. They are bang average at best.

The dire quality of the league is making them appear to be much more than they are.

You'd be lucky if a single player from the current team were to rank amongst the best that have played for the club in this century.

I don't want to be too critical but is that really the case? He's qualified for the CL which is more than they have in the last couple of years but that ultimately comes down to the ability to win a 3rd qualifying round tie. For them it seems to me to be a bit of a lottery as they most of the time seem to either win or lose by 1 goal over 2 legs most years which suggests both teams are of similar quality and ties could go either way, the luck of the draw or an individual mistake on one side or other could make the difference.
