This is ****ing tedious now. I have no wish to rip into Gerrard - he's entitled to his view, or rather he's entitled to get on with whoever he likes, and he says there's no problem between them (no-one likes to see two people you love fighting). But he says "I had my best days under Rafa, but strangely we had a distant relationship..."
