        It's Mourinho's trophy really.

        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Did Rafa say something along the lines of "If he wants the credit for wins, will he take the blame for the losses?" or am I imagining that?

Anyone else genuinely think he will ever return?

I do... and I have a feeling Mourinho will be the boss of the Scum at that time.

I do think he'll be back one day. Just a hunch like.

It is his home. He loves the club. Unfinished business maybe?

If we had the right owners, he would have never left. Imagine our team now if he was able to get some of his first choice targets.

Don't really want to hijack this thread with another Rafa debate, but I also have a hunch we haven't seen the last of Rafa Benitez at Liverpool.

nah, i dont beleive this is his home.

he is madrid at heart and he will end up there one day.

he tried here and won us the CL. new owners or not he would prob never have had much more major success here and i think he knew it.

i doubt he'll come back and for the sake of his reputation here i hope he doesnt.

Thought so. Should say to Houllier to take the credit for putting together a team that was dumped out of the FA Cup by Burnley when he next mentions that Istanbul was down to him.

i would still love Rafa to be our manager however i think Roy has calmed the waters a bit and we will see the benifit from his approach.

I dont think you should ever go back so I cant see Rafa coming back. It usually is doomed when you return.

still think he was a great man.
