They will soon have the best squad in the league. They already have the best manager in the league.

Rafa know how to build a TEAM.

He is also showing how important it is to have a respected manager. Someone that the players know will build a winning project.
Nice dig at David Moyes there.

Well, you know. I doubt that Suarez would even consider a move to Arsenal if we had Rafa as manager.

Rodgers can't show him any proof at all that he can build a winning project. Rafa have done that time after time.

In a few years time it may be different but not now.

      My opinions of course.

Do you believe that Higuain will get paid better at Napoli?

He actually is by the sound of it, but I dont think thats a good comparison. He just wants to play games, maybe he'll finally start 20 league games in a season now instead of spending half the season sitting on his arse.

Well, IMO he could have moved to a mega rich russian club and earned a lot more. He would have been a starting XI player.

Sometimes the project matters a lot. Sometimes it don't.

We signed up players like Torres, Mascherano, Xabi, Kuyt for example because they believed in Rafa's project. Their own words.

They turned down other bigger clubs but moved to us. The main reason......Rafa.

According to Rodgers Shakhtar didn't return his calls. Would they have done the same to Rafa?

It will take time for Rodgers to build up his reputation and show that he know how to build a winning project.

I think that he in four five years time will have an excellent reputation and be able to show that he can build a winning project but he can't show that now.

Short term we will suffer because of that. I think that we will be very happy that we have Rodgers as manager in four five years time.

Rafa already have an excellent reputation and can show that can build a winning project. He don't need to build it up.

So basically when someone leaves Rafa said player is only after cash but when Rafa signs someone it's all because the player believes in the project? Righto! Players arent going to say anything else are they? Every player we've signed for years has bigged up the fanbase and "the project", it's meaningless waffle, they come for the money and it being a step up from their former club or playing more games.

And that is why we must pay each new player a billion pounds. No Rafa.
                          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

                            I didn't said that.

What matters is the project, CL, how big the club is, who the manager is and of course money.

In what order depends who the player is.

Serie A will be interesting this season, will be watching it closer this year. Although I still think Juventus will win again

Juve can still improve certain positions though, particularly Right wing and more cover at CB so will be interesting to see if they sign players for those positions
