Surely the club wouldn't be stupid enough to loan him out with the state the defence is in?

It would be mad unless there's an amazing replacement on the way and there's a lack of quality centre backs as it is let alone us actually finding one! He's better than Klavan and Lovren looks far better on the right. This would be really strange.
Finally have a decent set of cb's and well balanced if Matip performs to what the Germans say about him and we are gonna throw it away!

It's a risky move sending him out on loan and to suggest otherwise is daft. Lovren's had his fair share of injuries, Matip has had issues with his ankle, Gomez is returning from a serious injury, Klaven (the jury is still out on him) and Lucas (another square peg ffs and is injury prone himself) but yes it's a wonderful idea to send Sakho on loan, just as it is a wonderful idea to kid ourselves that playing Milner left back is the solution to our problems in defence.Originally posted by Leyton388 View PostViktor Fagerström @ViktorFagerLFC 4m4 minutes ago
Lucas Leiva showed he could play at centre-back last season and has been stopped from joining Galatasaray. #LFC (Paul Joyce)
Ah yes, just as expected.
Spend some *********** money.

What is it that sends Liverpool managers completely bonkers? We are gonna end up sticking with Moreno, sending out best CB on loan and have improved very little in central midfield while still have Mig's in goal. I know the goalkeeper can't be currently helped but it is turning into an awful state of affairs.

Clop's doing some odd **** lately. Loaning out one of the few leaders on the pitch that we have??
Then again, the media have no clue what he's doing. So this could just be a pot shot"When a man insults my country I insult him, by taking his woman" Tony Yeboah
"looking through your posts since 2007 and what you have consistently written about my football team I have come to the conclusion that if you had 1 more brain cell you would be a plant .. your father was a hamster and your mother smells of elder berries, I fart in your general direction ..." Nicey

Tony Barrett opinion as aired the on the RAOTL forum
I can't believe the amount of people who thought it was no big thing when he got sent home from the States. Klopp actually banished him from training and had him put on a plane rather than allow him to be around the other players! That's huge. Aside from Suarez, it's probably the biggest sanction Liverpool have taken against a player in years.
I've got to be honest, I thought he'd be sold when that happened because Klopp is an absolute stickler for discipline and he demands absolute commitment in training. That he could go out on loan suggests he's been given a chance to get his head right and if he does he might still have a future here.
Sakho's issues didn't just start in the last few weeks though. They go right back to his time at PSG where they gave up on him because he wouldn't look after himself.
They did everything to try and turn him around (even getting one of their fitness blokes to make regular home visits) but it didn't work and they gave up in the end. Then he comes to us but the problems persist, his weight goes up and then he gets done (rightly or wrongly) for taking fat burning tablets. After all that he goes on tour and doesn't act professionally. It's easy to look at the club and at the manager but sometimes it's reasonable to expect that players don't put them in a position in which difficult decisions have to be made.
My only issue is that if he does go out on loan we'll be short on defensive cover but if he's not fit or not in the right frame of mind we'd be short even if he was still here.
