If there's any truth to it all, you could fathom a situation where he's been informed of his positioning in the CB stakes (let's surmise there is the outside chance of another body coming in) and he's thrown another wobbler.
Wants to actually get back to playing ball etc......club not willing to sell on his terms etc Who knows ?
Not exactly blessed in actual quality in that area though, even with Sakho available.

I dont think sakho will go anywhere, because he will look at our centre backs and think he's better than lovren, klavan and hes more available than gomez and more EPL ready than matip. Lucas is a defensive midfielder not a centre back.

on his day sakho is our best centre back and he knows that. Rodgers tried to bomb him out once before and the guy stuck it out.

So you don't think we could improve the team or the squad by signing players in key positions? Positions where we have been weak for years, ****ing years.

You think its fine that the club ends the window with negative net spend - are they gonna throw a party for the supporters with all the cash they saved?

Might make up for the fact that our former rivals seem a hell of a lot more commited to winning stuff than we are.

This club makes it hard for itself. Surely it's feckin obvious we need a new lb and another top cb if Sakho is going. Never mind a proper defensive midfielder. As someone said on here today it's now an arm's race and we seem to be armed with a pea shooter.
I do think we'll be OK this season and I'm happy with Klopp but OK is not good enough.
Klopp needs to be shouting show me the money!

I am honestly mystified by what's going on just now, it's utterly bizarre. Every club in the premier league is investing and Liverpool come out in profit. It must be to pay off the interest free loan on the stand, it's the only reason I can think of.
