Bobby lad! I was saying bringing Salah and Firmino on against tired legs would kill Arsenal (and it did completely sap them, Saka and Partey looked done) but never expected this much sharpness from Bobby!

Maybe it was just fatigue over the seasons.
    One tit for another.

Hmmm think it’s a fair enough rule tbh- if I was 6 rows back, I’m charging down to give him a hug and whatnot- if that means trampling over some kids/elderly/disabled supporters, so be it…

That said, seeing players interacting with supporters like that is great, pure passion and for those in the front row, it will be an experience to tell the grandkids about- but I get why the rule is there

He followed that yellow card offence up in quick succession with a 'professional' foul and in a separate incident kicking the ball away after the whistle had blown, earning a quiet word from the ref and a fear in my mind that he was getting close to being sent off.

Think he needs to play against Citeh... his link-up play is exceptional and no-one else comes close to doing what he does. He was well up for it when he came on yesterday. He could be the game-changer against our biggest title rivals.

I loved his attitude and energy when he came on, he was so up for it!

With who playing either side of him ? Diaz or Sadio on the left & Mo on the right if he’s fit?

I'd have Mane on the left and Salah on the right... the tried and tested front three against Citeh. If Mane is having a mare, early second half sub for Diaz.

If it's still all square towards the end, Div on for the 90+5 min winner

I wonder what happens to Firmino if Nunez signs.

If he can stay fit, maybe he could play 10 more regularly like he did at Hoffenheim.

He’s potentially third choice in the no. 9 if that happens.

I think we'll be selling Bobby soon enough, he hasn't been anywhere near his best for a few seasons now, there has even been a massive drop off in his work rate never mind his general game play. Whether or not he can return to his best is up for debate but as it stands he's not playing well enough to warrant a first team spot. Such a pity as he was brilliant at his peak.

He's only a year left on his contract. It'll either be let him go for free next year, or short term extension.

I wonder if Klopp sees him as a Milner or Lallana type player who he might want to keep around even when he isn't playing that much, I could see him sticking around for a while if he is happy with that type of role.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I think so, he'll sign on reduced terms

Would depend on what other options are available to him I think. Someone like Inter, Juve or AC Milan could offer him more cash (especially if he went there on a free), more game time and a new adventure
