        He finishes like a fox in the box...like a Robbie Fowler. Unbelievable.

        BUT he still needs to improve his retention of the ball, imo.

          He was a bit of a pussy for their goal, swivelling and turning his back like a girl. They all do it though, drives me mad. He's magic though, going to be a superstar for us until Barca buy him.

            He goes missing in games, and needs to work on being involved a lot more on a consistent basis. I think that will come with time.

            That being said, he was very composed in his finish today. Delighted for him. A lot of players would've panicked under having pounced on the mistake, and then fluffing their lines. Firmino was calm and slotted it home.

            Interesting to see him take more positions on the right and left flanks of the pitch, rather than occupying the space behind the striker too.

                      I would have taken him off for Sturridge as thought him and Lallana were on the periphery of the game , just goes to show I would never make it as a manager

                      Most assists and goals this year in the Premier. Bobby Firm well done

                        Aye, involved in more goals since the turn of the year than anyone else in the PL.

                        11 = 7 goals and 4 assists

                          Wasn't his best yesterday and cost us our goal but he scored again and he's really kicked on the past couple of months. It looks promising for next season, he just needs to improve a few things and add consistency, his work rate makes him easy to like too.

                            Imagine how good he's going to be next season. Klopp will have recruited more of his own players, he will have fully implemented his style, and Firmino is going to tear it up.
                            Thanks very much for being

                              What do we reckon then.....

                              Better and/or more important than Phil now?

                              Certainly seems to have a more consistent output.

                                Drop Coutinho in to a deeper, more central role and put Firmino behind the striker.

                                It's been a pretty decent first season for Firmino. It's certainly not the physicality of the Premier League that he's struggled with, but more the pace. Once he's had a season to adjust I think he's going to be a very important player for us.
