A decent first season. IMO something that he has maybe struggled with, is thinking he has that extra second on the ball. Hopefully with one season under his belt, he'll let the ball go that bit quicker & maybe we'll see him improve his game.

I'd imagine it must have been a shock to his system working so hard under Klopp & dealing with the tempo of the league. He'll be much better equipped next season IMO.

i think he was flying then that injury seemed to take something out of him when he came back into the team.

It took Pires a full season to aclimatise and then he tore it up for the rest if the time he was there but Henry pretty much settled from the start.

I remember reading in an interview with Suarez that he said in his first few months at Liverpool he would receive the ball and control it, decide what he wanted to do, go to do it and then realise the ball had been taken off him.

Don't remember this being obvious at the time with Suarez but it shows how players struggle to adapt from foreign leagues. And with right mindset and focus this can be overcome, and dare I say it in the case of Suarez, actually used as a weapon.

Definitely expecting big things from him next season.
