If any picture can describe this season then this is it. Pure dominance with us shining like a God and the rest of the league on their knees with pain and angusih on their faces.

Some great goals, and a no look goal too.

I presume they didn't give out Yellow cards for taking the shirt off back then

Don't want to dig up the past. But WTF was Brendan thinking - sticking him out wide right.

I think over much of the last 30 years we have had a number of managers who have bought good players but haven't known what to do with them, often buying no 10 type players and trying to play them out wide.

It sounds simple but I think a big part of Klopp's success is due to having a system and bringing in players who suit that system, rather than buying good players and trying to figure out what to do with them
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Jari Litmanen springs to mind as another good example of this. Criminally wasted by Ged.

                        Absolutely

And that's why our transfer windows are always going to be a lovely surprise

Yip he was my first thought too....

Not sure on the others though. I think we bought loads of players that turned out to be a little bit **** throughout the years.........some who we had big hopes for. I thought Kewell would be amazing for us when he signed. The end of the Houllier years were criminal for that (anelka and Duff would have been great additions...... All for the cost of diouf, diao, and cheyrou!)

Bayern want Firmino and are willing to pay a massive £75m to get him!!

How can we turn that down!
