At BVB his squad was big enough for subs to be used properly,Originally posted by BG1973 View PostYep, that's my view.
Subs actually weaken how effective we are and he only makes the change when really has to.
Not sure what he did at Dortmund..
1. to continue with plan A but with fresh legs
2. Change to plan B because plan A failed
3. Injury replacement
4. Close the game out
to do all of these you need 5 or 6 players at the same level as your first choice 11.Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

The lack of pace is a real problem. Which I think will make a difference when it comes to Klopps style against these lesser teams. It's no coincidence that Mane is often our best player.Originally posted by BigChief View PostI'll risk it... Klopp has been found out and he has no answers. Buying in better players is just making tape. Klopp will beat every to 8 team but he has no motivational skills against the smaller ones.
What summed it up for me was in that first half we had a corner and there were 8 Leicester players attacking the ball in the box and 3 of ours. Unacceptable. The times they are a changin'.

He said in August he has the team he wants and that this is THE season, no excuses. Guess he was wrong, this is not only ****, it's really embarrasing.Originally posted by vlahka View PostHe inherited a bunch of slow weak minded soft players. Give him a couple seasons to roll them out and replace them with actual players.

It'll take forever. By then everyone else has moved on. Not overpaying in January results in this **** so you potentially lose even more by finishing outside top four.Originally posted by vlahka View PostHe inherited a bunch of slow weak minded soft players. On a positive note if we get 7th then we won't have Europe in the way next season and can give it another go.Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde
