Yeah he is the ultimate leader, would be a success in which ever industry he ended up in. Knows how to manage ego and motivate, knows the qualities he wants in his team, knows how to delegate.Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostHe is the best leader I've seen, in any vocation. He has all my best wishes and I hope the squad will give their absolute everything so we can send him off with a proper ending. Sad, but very understandable, he gives everything in every situation and that's difficult and can take big toll on the health.
An all time club managerial legend. The first of the modern era for us.Modifying post.

Assistant managers Pepijn Lijnders and Peter Krawietz, as well as elite development coach Vitor Matos, will also vacate their positions at the end of the season, with Lijnders keen to pursue his own career in management.Originally posted by baitman View PostNot Pep Lijnders
If we had a D of F then managerial transition would be less of a massive switch.I make no apologies, this is me

Think between now and the end of the season the message should be clear.
Players and supporters alike to circle the wagons and push hard to make this season one that brings in silverware.
Send Jurgen off with a serious bang.
We got the best from him and he led front the front from Day one. All time great at the club and his legacy is secure. Hope he goes on to enjoy everything he does in his life and what he gave us will live long in the memory.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Unusual to announce that assistants are all leaving. Usually they'd wait to see what the new manager wants to do. Hopefully a sign that someone is already lined up and is bringing his own coaches with him.Originally posted by Deano View PostAssistant managers Pepijn Lijnders and Peter Krawietz, as well as elite development coach Vitor Matos, will also vacate their positions at the end of the season, with Lijnders keen to pursue his own career in management.

Suggested elsewhere that Jurgen told the club about his decision back in November. If that is true then they've had a few months of succession planning.Originally posted by calvoboy View PostUnusual to announce that assistants are all leaving. New manager may already be in place and as is generally the case when a new manager is appointed he'll want his own people.
